Microproject Committee
Lead Partner, Association of the Carpathian Euroregion Poland, in agreement with the Umbrella Project Partner - the Presov Higher Territorial Unit, acting on the basis of:
- Chapter 5.3 of the Interreg VA Poland - Slovakia Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020 adopted by the decision of the European Commission of 12 February 2015, No. C (2015) 889 on granting support from the European Regional Development Fund for the Program under the "European Territorial Cooperation",
- Of the Beneficiary's Manual, Annex 14, point 2.5.2 Selection of microprojects
appoints the Microproject Committee to select and monitor the implementation of microprojects implemented under umbrella projects implemented under priority axis I Protection and development of the natural and cultural heritage of the border area and priority axis III Development of cross-border education and lifelong learning of the Interreg VA Polska Cross-border Cooperation Program -Slovakia 2014-2020.
Tasks of the microproject committee
- approval of documents relating to microprojects in a given PP and possible changes,
- approving the criteria for the evaluation and selection of microprojects,
- approving the list of experts (excluding experts evaluating own microprojects) on the basis of the criteria specified in the Micropropean Beneficiary Handbook,
- selection of microprojects for implementation in accordance with the adopted procedures,
- formulating the necessary conditions, recommendations and recommendations for micro-projects selected for co-financing,
- appointing a complaints committee for an indefinite period of time, whose task is to consider complaints submitted by the Applicants of micro-projects,
- voting on the application of the Applicant whose complaint regarding the selection of a microproject was considered by the Complaints Committee in accordance with the complaint procedure constituting Annex 2 to these Regulations,
- periodic review of the progress in achieving the goals of individual Umbrella Projects,
- analysis of the results of microproject implementation,
- supervising the effectiveness and correctness of microproject implementation,
- monitoring the evaluation process, recommending areas and topics that should be evaluated, getting acquainted with the results of the evaluation and, if necessary, taking appropriate improvement measures,
- submitting comments to the MA on the implementation and evaluation of umbrella projects, including measures to reduce the administrative burden on micro-beneficiaries, as well as monitoring the actions taken as a result of them,
- approving changes to micro-projects in accordance with the rules set out in the Beneficiary's Manual and in the Micro-beneficiary's Manual,
- adopting the By-laws of the Microproject Committee and approving any changes to it,
- implementation of other than the above-mentioned the task, if it is justified in terms of the purpose for which it was established.
