The Carpathian Euroregion Poland Association is recruiting experts to provide quality assessments of small projects in the Interreg Poland-Slovakia 2021-2027 Programme.
The experts will be appointed to ensure an impartial and reliable quality assessment of applications for funding for small projects submitted under the Small Project Fund (hereinafter "SPF") in the Interreg Poland-Slovakia 2021-2027 Programme. The call for applications concerns the evaluation of Polish and Slovak small projects submitted to the Carpathian Euroregion Poland Association under:
PRIORITY 3. CREATIVE AND ATTRACTIVE TOURIST BORDERLANDS
Specific objective: 1. Strengthening the role of culture and sustainable tourism in economic development, social inclusion, and social innovation
Information regarding the recruitment requirements:
A candidate for expert must meet the following general requirements:
a) have submitted a declaration under penalty of perjury:
- that they enjoy full public rights,
- that they have full legal capacity,
- confirming that they have not been convicted by a final judgment of an intentional crime or an intentional tax offense,
b) are not employed by the Carpathian Euroregion Poland Association in the implementation of the Small Projects Fund,
c) have knowledge of the following issues: and regulations related to the use of European Union aid funds, including in particular the Interreg Poland – Slovakia 2021-2027 program (knowledge of the Interreg Poland – Slovakia 2021-2027 program and the Handbook for beneficiaries of small projects in the Interreg Poland – Slovakia 2021-2027 program is required, including: description of activities eligible for co-financing under priority no. 3, rules of expenditure eligibility, issues related to the implementation of partnership projects, characteristics of a cross-border project, project selection criteria),
d) has experience in the preparation and/or implementation and/or evaluation of projects financed from European funds,
e) has knowledge and experience in the field covered by the SPF under priority 3. Creative and attractive borderland for tourists, i.e. in the scope of activities related to cultural and natural heritage and/or tourism, as specified in Chapter 5.4.1 of the Small Project Beneficiary Handbook
f) consents to the inclusion of personal data in the list of candidate experts and to the processing of personal data disclosed by the candidate expert in the process of creating and maintaining the list of candidate experts, as well as for the purposes of participating in the project selection process.
Submission of documents confirming compliance with the above-mentioned conditions is required.

• Candidate expert form for the quality assessment of small projects – as per the template – Appendix No. 4
• Copies of documents confirming experience in the preparation and/or implementation and/or evaluation of projects financed from European funds
• Copies of documents confirming knowledge and experience in the field covered by the Small Projects Fund, i.e., in the scope of activities related to cultural and natural heritage and/or tourism,
• Declaration of the candidate for an expert for the quality assessment of small projects – as per the template – Appendix No. 5
• Consent to the processing of personal data – as per the template – Appendix No. 6
