An innovative platform for cooperation of the Network of Cities of the Carpathian Euroregion

The main goal

The main goal of the project was defined as "Strengthening and professionalization of cooperation between Carpathian cities by creating an innovative platform for cooperation of the Carpathian Euroregion City Network". Its implementation is necessary for the creation of a development-oriented society and economy. the territorial structure of cooperation between urban centers in the pl-sk border area, and its achievement will allow for the development and tightening of cooperation for the growth policy and improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the cities involved.

Detailed objectives

1. Development of an IT application for managing the cooperation of partners as part of SMEK - the software will allow for daily cooperation based on the partners' employees.
2. The creation of cooperation cells within the organizational structures of cities - partners - will enable the creation of human resources for the Network at the partner level.
3. Development of cooperation procedures within the Network - will allow for the unification of the principles of cooperation and facilitate its monitoring.
4. Creating technical possibilities of organizing teleworking between cities / partners of SMEK - it will enable cooperation between partners in the form of teleconferences.
5. Creation of coordination centers in the Associations - they will be responsible for monitoring the Network, cooperation with Western partners from the EU and recruiting new members.
