The main goal

The overall objective of the project is the development of Polish-Slovak partnership cooperation for sustainable socio-economic development in the Polish-Slovak border area, by building a common Polish-Slovak formal institutional structure uniting organizations responsible for regional development on both sides of the border and developing a common cooperation strategy and concept zoning.

Detailed objectives

  1. Integration and intensification of cooperation between the existing institutions of regional development of border regions (Podkarpackie Province, Preszów Region).
  2. Establishing formal cooperation structures of institutions responsible for regional development in the border area - the Carpathian Regional Development Agency.
  3. Integration of activities of institutions on both sides of the border in the field of spatial planning and coordination of strategic goals.
