Podkarpackie on the trail of stars
The Marshal's Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship approved for implementation under the Regional Operational Program of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for 2007-2013 a project submitted by the Carpathian Euroregion under priority axis 1. Competitive and innovative economy, Measure 1.4 Economic promotion and investment activation of the region Scheme: 1.4.B Non-investment projects; project entitled "Podkarpackie on the trail of stars - participation in the fair in Cannes".
The main goal
Economic promotion and investment activation of Podkarpacie.
Detailed objectives
- Promotion of the investment attractiveness of Podkarpacie at the international level.
- Standardizing the system of providing information to potential investors about investment opportunities in Podkarpacie.
- Intensifying the economic development of the voivodeship.
- Promotion of priority sectors of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (aviation, chemical, agri-food processing and tourism).
- Creation, promotion and strengthening of the image of the voivodeship as a region with favorable conditions for conducting business activity in the international arena.
The above goals will be achieved through participation in the global investment fair MIPIM 2011. For this purpose, an investment atlas of the Podkarpacie region will be published, presenting investment offers of member self-governments of the Carpathian Euroregion, leaflets, gadgets and a promotional film, which will be disseminated among participants and visitors of the above-mentioned events, a website will be created containing up-to-date information on individual objects of the Podkarpacie region, legal conditions investing in Poland and other necessary information in this regard. The project will contribute to attracting modern innovative solutions to individual sectors of the economy and will present their potential at the global level.

As part of the project, a website was launched, where you can find, inter alia, information on investment offers of member self-governments of the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion Poland.
